Our office is open; however, we are available by appointment only. Appointments should be scheduled prior to visiting. Once you arrive at our office, you will see the instructions posted in our entryway. If you do not have an appointment, please submit a Contact Form to request an appointment.

We require all existing residents and tenants to submit payments online. If you are dropping off documents, please utilize the drop boxes provided in the entryway. One is inside the entryway, and the other is located outside, right next to the main door for after-hours.

If you are inquiring about an apartment, please submit an online Apartment Contact Form. An appointment must be made with the Leasing Agent in advance to view an apartment.

If you have a maintenance Service Request, please submit an online Service Request Form. If you have a true maintenance EMERGENCY, please call 610-566-1924. If this is not an emergency, you will be redirected to submit an online Service Request Form. All Service Requests are prioritized by the urgency of the situation.

Jeff joined Media Real Estate in 1999 after a 25 year career in healthcare. He was previously President & CEO of Physical Therapy Associates of Delaware County until merging his practice with the Riddle Healthcare System forming Riddle Rehabilitation Institute and Riddle Sports Medicine. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tristate Realtors Commercial Alliance, and is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker.

Active in all phases of commercial real estate sales and leasing, Jeff brings and exemplary level of customer service and expertise to his clients. He is active in the community having served on and chaired numerous non-profit boards and committees. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Media since 1977 and is a Past Governor of the southeastern Pennsylvania Rotary district. Among numerous awards and recognition Jeff is a recipient of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Small Business Person of the Year Award, the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association Humanitarian Award, and the Springfield College Distinguished Alumni Award.
