Our office is open; however, we are available by appointment only. Appointments should be scheduled prior to visiting. Once you arrive at our office, you will see the instructions posted in our entryway. If you do not have an appointment, please submit a Contact Form to request an appointment.

We require all existing residents and tenants to submit payments online. If you are dropping off documents, please utilize the drop boxes provided in the entryway. One is inside the entryway, and the other is located outside, right next to the main door for after-hours.

If you are inquiring about an apartment, please submit an online Apartment Contact Form. An appointment must be made with the Leasing Agent in advance to view an apartment.

If you have a maintenance Service Request, please submit an online Service Request Form. If you have a true maintenance EMERGENCY, please call 610-566-1924. If this is not an emergency, you will be redirected to submit an online Service Request Form. All Service Requests are prioritized by the urgency of the situation.

Blake represents the 3rd generation at the Strine family business, where he has worked for 20 years and counting. He is an Associate Broker and veteran member of the sales and leasing team. In addition to brokerage activities, Blake also performs various management functions including the placement of $370+ Million of career financing activity for Media Real Estate Companyâ€™s office, multifamily, industrial and investment properties. Blakeâ€™s family influence and comprehensive experience in all aspects of real estate, along with his relationship-building mindset and good moral compass, make him a go-to broker to help realize the goals of your next sale, lease or purchase.

A Delco-born-and-raised resident of Middletown Township, Blake is a Strath Haven Alum with a B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He was a charter member of the Crozer Young Professionals Group, where for years he championed the new regional cancer center in Chester. Currently, outside of work, Blake is a real estate investor, perennial Cub Scout den leader, avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast. Last and most, Blake is the devoted husband of a favorite local eye doctor and proud dad to their 2 sons.
