Jim joined Media Real Estate Company in 2004. For 18 years, he was at IA Construction Corporation in Corporate Management with extensive experience in Construction Project Management, Real Estate, Risk Management and Legal Affairs for large scale construction projects. His experience, work ethic and personality have allowed him to be very successful in our Commercial Sales and Leasing Division with all aspects of Owner, Buyer, and Tenant Representation, as well as Land Acquisition and Development.
Jim's educational background includes an A.S. Degree in Accounting from Delaware County Community College and a B.S. in Business Management from Neumann College as well as numerous seminars and training courses over the years. Jim grew up in Springfield, Delaware County, PA and now resides in Glen Mills, PA.
